Staff AI Engineer

Requisitos

• Solid knowledge of backend software engineering and distributed systems
• Applied AI/AI engineering experience: LLM integration, ML pipelines, model orchestration, fine-tuning, or RAG
• Proactivity in building permanent AI solutions, not just waiting for ready-made prompts
• Knowledge-sharing profile: teaches, documents, and distributes AI knowledge to raise team autonomy

Desejáveis

• Experience with Golang or other high-performance backend languages
• Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, etc.)
• Experience deploying models to production and monitoring AI system performance
• Experience in fail-fast environments with disruptive products or innovation squads
