Senior Product Manager

Requisitos

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Experience working with software engineers and projects involving complex trade-offs
• Excel at bringing clarity to ambiguity: specs, prioritization, QA, and launch coordination
• Fluent in using AI tools as a core part of your workflow, with judgment on when to rely on AI vs intervene manually
• Exceptional empathy and listening skills

Desejáveis

• Background ideally in case management, healthcare, GovTech, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience with Claude Code or similar tools
