Technical Recruiter - Internal & External Hiring

Requisitos

• Technical recruiting experience - Prior experience recruiting for IT infrastructure, data center, network engineering, or hardware roles
• ATS proficiency - Comfortable managing applicant tracking systems (Recruitee experience is a plus)
• Sourcing expertise - Proven track record with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• High-volume recruitment - Ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse geographies simultaneously
• Strong English communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desejáveis

• Data center or IT infrastructure industry knowledge
• Multilingual capabilities (French, Spanish, German, Arabic, Portuguese)
• Experience hiring in emerging markets (Africa, South Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America)
• Understanding of global employment compliance and contractor models
• Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding
