Technical Recruiter

Requisitos

• 8+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with significant experience in technical talent acquisition
• Proven experience sourcing and recruiting highly cleared candidates within national security or other security-sensitive environments
• Demonstrated ability to recruit highly technical and highly cleared professionals within demanding timelines
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, candidate assessment, client engagement, negotiation, and hiring support
• Technical background or strong understanding of technical roles and talent markets is strongly preferred
