HR Operations Specialist

Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations supporting U.S. employees
• Strong hands-on experience implementing and administering Rippling, beyond simply using the platform as an employee
• Proven experience configuring entities, locations, employee records, payroll, benefits, job codes, and onboarding workflows within Rippling
• Experience supporting both full-time and part-time U.S. employees across HR administration processes
• Practical experience preparing offer letters and employment agreements and maintaining accurate employee records
