Presales Solutions Engineer

Requisitos

• 5-10 years of experience in solutions engineering, presales engineering, or technical customer success within IoT, SaaS, or technology
• Hands-on experience with IoT hardware technologies including RFID, BLE, and GPS, plus front-end platform configuration skills
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, MQTT integrations, Mobile Device Management (MDM), SQL, and advanced Excel data analysis
• Proficiency with Postman, Jira, Salesforce, MSSQL, CAD/visualization software, and comfort using AI tools in daily workflows
• Exceptional customer-facing communication skills, with experience running product walkthroughs and translating technical concepts for div..
