Requisitos

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience with significant experience supporting engineering organizations at high-growth startups
• Demonstrated success hiring senior software engineers and engineering leaders
• Strong understanding of technical organizations and engineering talent markets
• Experience partnering directly with senior engineering stakeholders and executives
• Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and closing capabilities
