Requisitos

• Completed higher education in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-8 years of experience in SRE, DevOps or Cloud Systems Engineering roles
• Experience deploying and managing workloads on GCP, familiar with core services (GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery)
• Solid command of Docker and Kubernetes (management, deploy, troubleshooting)
• Hands-on experience with IaC (e.g., Terraform)

Desejáveis

• Google Cloud certifications (Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Professional Site Reliability Engineer) or Certified Kubernetes Administ..
• Consolidated experience with SRE culture, focused on systemic fixes rather than human error in incident retrospectives
• Adherence to modern Change Management practices and GitOps flows for safe production changes
• Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills, with a track record debugging complex distributed systems under pressure
• Good communication and collaboration with developers, product managers, security teams and business stakeholders
