Staff Platform Engineer

Requisitos

• Solid experience in infrastructure, SRE, DevOps or Platform Engineering, with high-volume production workloads
• Track record leading technical execution of complex platform projects, coordinating with other teams from design to adoption
• Experience proposing architecture solutions with documented trade-offs (design docs, ADRs)
• Deep AWS expertise (EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS or equivalents), including network design, multi-account and permissions model
• Kubernetes in production: multi-cluster operation, zero-downtime upgrades, autoscaling, networking and advanced troubleshooting

Desejáveis

• Experience with Karpenter, Emissary-ingress/Envoy or service mesh
• Hands-on experience with Flux or another GitOps tool (e.g
• ArgoCD)
• Operating distributed databases (ScyllaDB, Cassandra) or streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis)
• AWS FinOps practice: cost allocation per team, tagging, Savings Plans and rightsizing
• DevSecOps knowledge: image and dependency scanning, admission policies, secrets management
