Lead Software Engineer - Alti (AI)

Requisitos

• Strong experience as a software engineer with a track record of owning technical decisions on product features end to end
• Hands-on work on AI products in the last 12 months (LLMs, agents, AI features) with ownership of meaningful parts of the system
• Experience with chatbots/conversational AI, RAG and LLM evaluation pipelines
• Strong skills in at least one of Go, TypeScript/JavaScript or Python
• Autonomy to define a process in a new area, not only execute one

Desejáveis

• Experience putting ML models into production with monitoring and feedback loops
• AI monitoring and observability tooling
• Prompt engineering experience
• Autonomous or personal agents working across channels (Slack, Teams, WhatsApp)
• Background in fintech, payments or financial products
