Senior Software Engineer - Alti Team

Requisitos

• Solid professional experience as a software engineer building and shipping customer-facing product features
• Hands-on experience developing AI products within the last 12 months, particularly involving LLMs, AI agents, or AI-powered features
• Practical experience with at least one of: chatbots/conversational AI, RAG, or LLM evaluation pipelines
• Strong programming skills in at least one of Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python
• Strong product mindset focused on delivering useful experiences to end users rather than solely model development
