Staff Software Engineer

Requisitos

• Advanced technical proficiency in Java (main language of the operation)
• Consolidated experience in large-scale software architecture, including distributed systems, monoliths and microservices
• High maturity and hands-on experience applying AI in production (LLMs, RAG and agents in the engineering flow)
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud
• Advanced knowledge of security, scalability and performance practices, with strong data-driven analytical capability

Desejáveis

• Experience with ERP development and business rules, and familiarity with evolving legacy systems
• Knowledge of complementary frameworks and languages such as Angular, React, Python and Node.js
• Experience with DevOps and automation tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins and Prometheus
