Staff Software Engineer

Requisitos

• Advanced technical proficiency in Java (main language of the operation)
• Consolidated experience in large-scale software architecture: distributed systems, monoliths, and microservices
• High maturity and hands-on experience applying AI in production (LLMs, RAG, agents in the engineering workflow)
• Practical experience with AWS Cloud
• Advanced knowledge of security, scalability, and performance practices
• strong data-driven analytical capability

Desejáveis

• Experience with ERP development and business rules
• familiarity with legacy system evolution
• Knowledge of complementary frameworks and languages: Angular, React, Python, Node.js
• Experience with DevOps and automation tools: Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Prometheus
