Requisitos

• Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering within a complex or multinational organisation
• Proven experience managing and developing finance professionals
• Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect financial analysis to business strategy and operational decisions
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and constructively challenge business assumptions

Desejáveis

• Experience in software, technology, SaaS or another recurring-revenue business
• Previous responsibility for a business unit or regional P&L
• Experience working with international or matrixed teams
• Knowledge of IFRS and Brazilian GAAP accounting requirements
• Experience implementing or improving FP&A systems, dashboards or automated reporting
