Growth Marketing Specialist

Requisitos

• 3–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or a related role
• Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong project-management skills and the ability to independently manage several initiatives and deadlines at once
• Experience with email campaigns, content, social media, events, lead generation, or other demand-generation programs
• Comfort working with marketing performance data and using results to identify opportunities for improvement

Desejáveis

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, Marketo, or similar tools, including emails, forms..
• Experience using CRM and marketing data to understand campaign, funnel, and pipeline performance
• Familiarity with UTMs, campaign tracking, conversion optimization, and A/B testing
• Experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, HR technology, learning and development, or enterprise marketing
• Familiarity with Claude Design, project-management tools, CMS platforms, and webinar tools
