Senior Capture & Proposal Manager

Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, Government, or related field
• 10+ years of capture management, proposal management, or business development experience supporting theDoD/DoW or Federal Government
• Demonstrated experience leading captures and writing winning proposals through contract award
• Strong understanding of the Federal acquisition lifecycle, FAR, DFARS, and competitive procurements
• Experience coordinating cross-functional proposal teams and executive reviews

Desejáveis

• Experience with Other Transaction Authority (OTA) acquisitions
• Experience supporting both traditional FAR and non-traditional acquisition strategies
• Familiarity with Shipley Capture Process, APMP, or similar methodologies
• Experience using Salesforce, GovWin, SAM.gov, and proposal management tools
• Active Secret security clearance
