• solid experience with another major CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) will also be considered
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• comfortable owning client-facing conversations by phone, email, and zoom calls
• Highly organized and self-directed, with a track record of managing multiple ongoing workstreams without things falling through the cracks
• Comfortable working a U.S.-aligned schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time)
